  • My professional specialty is helping people get into balance, reduce or eliminate musculoskeletal pain, and get their bodies on an upward health trajectory.

    We will integrate your physical therapy exercises into a low-impact, full-body fitness training regimen— working with your therapist to either address or avoid limitations with care.

    If you have imbalances, limping, or stiffness, maybe an old knee issue from sports, nagging or intermittent back discomfort, neck or shoulder stiffness, bunions, etc— you can still improve greatly with focused personal training.

    Plus you’ll know you’re on an upward trajectory, and you can quickly start to feel rejuvenated and more confident in your body— now and for the future.

  • Learn weightlifting, mat exercises, progressions, and precision technique for your body structure.

    Build full-body strength & lean muscle, improve body composition, improve joint function, reduce injury risk, and move better, with more confidence in your self and your abilities.

  • Sustainable body fat reduction and improved lean muscle mass, supported with strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and Precision Nutrition guidance & accountability.

    An added bonus with 1-on-1 PT is the precision technique we can use to define your physique— minimizing bulky areas, and aesthetically balancing your body— to fit better in clothes, and look better at the beach or in photos!

  • Massively important parts of a body’s healthy foundation that are often overlooked and under-trained— commonly leading to limping, imbalances, pain, injuries, or excessive wear and tear on the joints.

    This valuable strength training can stand alone, or integrate into all forms of exercise or sport, for improved performance with better recovery, less pain, and reduced injury risk.

    For athletes, you can continue with your regular training and playing, while I help develop this ‘prep work’ Then you can stay on top of your game, in the short-and long-term.
